If your new purchase doesn't meet your expectations due to fit, bandwagon fandom, or team performance, worry not! Sparkle City is delighted to assist you.
Online purchases made through the Site are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the ship date, as indicated on your packing slip. To qualify, returned or exchanged items must be in unwashed, unworn, and undamaged condition, with no lingering perfume or washing detergent odor, unmarked (free from makeup marks, tan, deodorant, etc.). All returns must include the Packing Slip and customs documents if applicable. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned. Approval via email is required prior to shipping back any returned items, and the order number should be included in the email. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return requests can be directed to customerservice@sparklecity.com
Sale items are not eligible for returns, credit, or exchanges. Gift cards are considered final sale and can only be returned if faulty, wrongly described, not of merchandisable quality, or as required by law.
