Sparkle City Items typically ship in 1-2 business day however arrival time is not guaranteed. If need your purchase quickly, please purchase an upgraded shipping option available to you at checkout. We do not process orders over the weekend or on holidays, so orders placed on Friday or holidays will not ship until the next business day.
Orders will be shipped by your method of choice at the time the order was placed. the method chosen at the time the order was place. Most shipping methods apply to business days unless upgraded shipping is chosen. no store credit and merchandise being sent back. We will contact you via email if this is the case.

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange or credit within 14 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark ship date. HOLIDAY GIFTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL JANUARY 8, 2022. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, in original condition, with no perfume or washing detergent odor, unmarked (no makeup marks, tan, deodorant etc.). All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable). Custom orders can't be returned. Any returned items will have to be approved by email, prior to shipping it back, please include your order number in the email. We don’t cover or refund any shipping fees. On sale items aren't eligible for returns, credit or exchanges and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality, or unless required by law.
